Don’t brag about your 20/20 vision. It doesn’t mean you see perfectly. 20/20 is just a term describing how well you see at twenty feet. In England the doctor would say you have 6/6, meaning a distance of 6 meters not 20 feet.
20/20 or 6/6 means there is sharp vision at a specific distance. It does not rule out other eye problems like side vision or depth perception, or even colour blindness.
